What “per seat” costs
Many SaaS subscriptions bill per user. A managed application costs the same here no matter how many people use it. Example with a subscription at 8 CHF per user and month:

- Storage: 100 GB for files and database — the same for every application.
- Compute: 2 vCPU and 4 GB memory, for your instance alone.
- Users: unlimited. We charge per application, not per seat.
- Traffic: 1 TB per month included.
- Backups: daily, kept for 14 days.

Billed monthly, added or removed monthly — even if the application itself is paid annually.
When an instance approaches a limit we get in touch — for storage at 80 % — and propose an add-on. If you say no, everything stays on the standard. You only pay more if you agree.

Vingrad GmbH is happy to do all of it — as commissioned work with a clear scope. It simply is not inside the monthly price.
Contract terms
The conditions in five lines, before you have to ask.
- Billed monthly or annually in advance, paid by card through Stripe or by invoice on request.
- Monthly plan with no minimum term; annual plan with a twelve-month term. No setup fee for standard applications.
- Monthly plan cancellable to the end of the month, informally by email; annual plan to the end of the twelve months. Details in the terms.
- At the end of the contract you receive a full data export — free of charge and without asking.
- The terms are at vingrad.ch/en/agb/; you receive the data processing agreement (DPA) before ordering, and we sign an NDA on request.
All prices in Swiss francs. For private individuals including the VAT of their country; businesses with a valid UID or VAT number pay the same amount without VAT.
