We know this software from everyday operation rather than from the installation guide — from version upgrades that go wrong, from backups that actually have to be restored, and from updates on a Friday evening.

You are not writing to a ticket queue. Behind Vingrad Managed Apps stands one engineer with a name, an address and a phone number — the same one who provisions and operates the instances.
No per-seat pricing
The price is per application, not per person. Three people or thirty does not change the invoice — as long as the application itself does not require a per-user licence.
A Swiss contracting party
Your contract is with Vingrad GmbH in Kreuzlingen, and your instance runs on servers in Switzerland — not “somewhere in the cloud”.

Need something that is not on the list? If it can be operated properly, we add it — including commercial software, whose licence is then added to the price.

What companies want to know before the first app.
What does “managed” mean?
The application runs on our infrastructure, and we handle provisioning, updates, monitoring and backups. You log in and work.
Do I need my own server?
No. Servers, operating system, containers and database are our side.
Are backups included?
Yes, regular backups are part of the service for supported applications. Longer retention is available as an add-on.
Who installs updates?
We do. Security updates and version upgrades of the application are part of the service.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You point a DNS record at the instance; we set up the certificate and its renewal.
Can I add more applications later?
Yes. Each additional application is booked separately and runs as its own instance.
Do I share an installation with other customers?
No. Every application runs in its own environment with its own data.
What happens if you are unavailable?
The company is small, so it is a fair question. Three answers: this is standard software on standard technology, not a stack of our own — any IT team can take an instance over. You can have your data as an export at any time, regularly and automatically if you prefer. And the monthly plan is cancellable monthly, so your risk is one month rather than a contract term. Operating documentation and credentials are deposited with you on request.
Is every application open source?
The first ones are. The catalogue is not limited to it — commercial software is possible, with its licence added to the price.
Can you take over an existing installation?
Often yes. We look at its state and the effort first; larger migrations run as a project.
What if I need more storage or performance?
At 80 % of storage we get in touch and propose an add-on: +100 GB for CHF 4.90 or 4 vCPU and 8 GB for CHF 9.90 a month. Nothing costs extra without your consent.
Is there support beyond operations?
Yes, as commissioned work: configuration, integration, consulting, training.
Can agencies and IT consultants resell this?
Yes — that is what the partner programme is for, with recurring commission.
