No per-seat pricing
The price is per application, not per person. Three people or thirty does not change the invoice — as long as the application itself does not require a per-user licence.
Managed Cal.diy
Cal.diy as an instance of your own, operated by Vingrad GmbH: provisioning, updates, monitoring and backups are on us.
CHF 14.99 / month
Operated by Vingrad GmbH, Kreuzlingen, Switzerland.
Cal.diy is the open-source edition of Cal.com: a booking page where your clients see free times and book an appointment themselves. With calendar sync, buffers and minimum notice, video links (Google Meet, Zoom, Jitsi, Nextcloud Talk), email reminders and — if you want — paid appointments.
Calendly-Alternative, CalDAV, Google Calendar, Stripe

Your contract is with Vingrad GmbH in Kreuzlingen, and your instance runs on servers in Switzerland — not “somewhere in the cloud”.
Automated backups for the supported applications, with recovery that is tested rather than assumed.

Yes. You connect your own Stripe or PayPal account; the money goes straight to you and we take no cut.
Each person on the team gets their own booking page in the same instance. Team features such as automatically distributing appointments across several people are not part of the open-source edition.
